This beautiful city is located in Quindio department.
If you are looking for entertainment you can go to the national coffee park, it
is full of attractions for all the family, like “cafeteritos” where they show
kids how is the coffee process. Or the cableway where you can see all the park
from the sky. Armenia has many types of restaurants, if you want a delicious
coffee you can go to “café jesus martin” but if you want to eat in a more
elegant restaurant you can go to “restaurante la fogata” where you have a
varied menu, the meat is prety good. If you want to see some of the region’s
culture you can visit “Quimbaya’s museum”it is a tribute of the ancient people
of the region. The entrance is free. Finally if you want a natural experience
you can go to the “ecoparque peñas blancas” it has 3 walls that you can hike
and you can find a beautiful landscape full o nature. You can’t leave Armenia
without visiting all those fantastic places.
