Its foundation goes back to the year1922, when the first settlers to stay LEOCADIO SALAZAR. Ulloa became a municipality on 17 December 1928 under the name of “VILLA DE SUCRE”

Ulloa has 8.000 people. Its temperature is more or least 21 degrees C. Its people live from agriculture and livestock , also there is a shoe shop where they employ 100 women head of households.
