*Feria de la Piña, this town is the principal producer of pineapple of southwest Colombian.

ANSERMANUEVO
Tourist places: Balneario la Berraquera.
Fairs and celebrations: Aniversary party, Bordado and Calado Party in August.
Extra Information: It is located in the north of Valle del Cauca , at 1.035 mts and has an average temperature of 23 celcius grades :Most of its territory is mountainous. Agriculture , cattle raising, panela trapiches and hand crafts are their main economical activities.

The typical food is “masato”, “champus”, ”avena helada”, “pandebono”, “sancocho de gallina”, “manjarblaco” and “tamal”.
The “Agroindustrial and livestock fair” is the principal event of the municipality. Other fairs in corregimientos such as “Feast of kings” and “Livestock Fair” in Marina´s corregimiento and “peasant fairs” in Barragan´s corregimiento, are also important.
The main economic activities of Tuluá are Agriculture, Livestock, Trade and Industry and their principal products are corn, coffee, sugar cane.

The population of the municipality (2500 hab. Approx.)
Most of this population are bourgeois merchants, artisans, civil servants, professionals, teachers, soldiers, landlords.
The largest portion of the population are placed at the rural area (15,000 habitants. Approx.) this population lives of agriculture and fishing.
At the beginnings, Bolivar was called Santa Ana del Pescador, the territory is mostly mountainous. It was founded in 1567 at the Gorrones indian lands, Bolivar is one of the oldest municipalities of Valle del Cauca.
Tourism.
Bolivar has many important points of access. The architecture has a colonial-style, also has a couple of good hotels where you can relax , several pools to recreation, many restaurants of good quality and prices for all budgets. For shopping there are numerous handicraft Shops.
In the district of Ricaurte, placed five minutes driving is "The Divine", The people are pleasant and willing to talk.
La Mina, Bolivar has the only mine of magnesium at South America.
The Reservoir, is the most important water supply system for this region, named SARA BRUT that provides water to 4 municipalities. (Bolivar, Roldanillo, la Union y Toro)
Typical food
The Chicken soup (sancocho de gallina), the Lucrecia’s rellenas, the toño robledo’s pandebonos and buñuelos, Tamales, empanadas…
The typical sweet: las panelitas and the manjar Blanco, also the cuaresmeros are biscuits made in a wood oven, the Brevas Sweet, The Don Onofre’s wine.

ULLOA
Its foundation goes back to the year1922, when the first settlers to stay LEOCADIO SALAZAR. Ulloa became a municipality on 17 December 1928 under the name of “VILLA DE SUCRE”

Toro was founded in June 3RD, 1573, by Melchor Velásquez de Valdenebro. Its population is 19.076 people. Toro is a municipality since April 26, 1632. The temperature is about 23 degrees Celsius. The distance from Cali is 174.5 km. The extension is 166 km2. Height measured 950 m.s.n.m
